We've all been lucky enough to hear Elvi's amazing talent in our practice spaces, but she took the enormous step of moving From Rehearsal to Recording by laying down her first-ever cover song in a professional studio!
For any student, stepping into that sound booth for the first time is a test of nerve. The massive microphone, the quiet, the intense focus of the control room—it's seriously daunting. But Elvi faced that challenge head-on. She walked past the control board, stood before the mic, and waited for the powerful red "REC" light to signal that moment where potential meets performance.
This moment was about courage and commitment.
The minute the backing track began, the magic happened. The initial nerves dissolved, and her beautiful, clear voice took over. She delivered a performance full of rich emotion and technical brilliance, truly owning the song and the space.
When the engineer’s voice finally confirmed, "That was the one. Incredible work, Elvi," it was a massive win—a student realising their full artistic potential!
