Vocal Coach (Singapore)
As a Vocal Coach, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide aspiring individuals in Singapore.

Provid remote vocal training sessions to individuals of all ages and skill levels
Assess and evaluate the strengths and areas for improvement of students' vocal abilities
Develop and implement performance strategies, including stage presence, interpretation, and emotional connection with the audience
Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback and guidance for continuous improvement
Prepare students for recording, performances, auditions, and competitions

Positive and Energetic
At least 1 year of performing experience
Proven experience as a Vocal Coach or similar role, with a strong background in vocal performance
In-depth knowledge of vocal techniques, music theory, and stage performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to teach online
Ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages and skill levels
Patience, empathy, and the ability to provide constructive criticism in a positive manner
Strong time management skills
Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to accommodate individual learning styles

Student Lifecycle Management: Oversee the enrolment and progression of students.
Scheduling & Infrastructure: Coordinate lesson slots for our team of Singaporean and international coaches, ensuring maximum studio efficiency.
Billing & Financial Compliance: Handle all student billing and administrative settlement processes
Event Coordination: Provide logistical support for our Student Breakthrough Performances, live band concerts, and international community events.
CRM & Lead Conversion: Manage our online booking system and "Vocal Discovery" inquiries to improve the student onboarding experience.

As our Academy Administrator, you are the "engine" behind the Student Journey. You will manage the vital bridge between our proprietary vocal science and our vibrant student community.
Vocal Coach (remote)

Marketing Executive
We are looking out for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team at Yuan Meng (Yes! Dream). As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across both online and offline platforms to promote our services and drive brand awareness.

Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various online and offline channels to effectively reach our target audience
Manage and optimise digital marketing initiatives, including social media marketing, email marketing, content creation, and website management
Plan and execute offline marketing activities, such as events, workshops, partnerships, and collaborations to increase brand visibility
Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and generate reports to measure ROI
Collaborate with internal teams, including design, content, and sales, to create compelling marketing materials and ensure consistent brand messaging
Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on online platforms, ensuring a positive brand image and excellent customer engagement
Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective marketing campaigns

Proven experience of at least 2 years in the Marketing team with a strong background in both online and offline marketing strategies
Solid knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, SEO, and web analytics
Familiarity with offline marketing techniques, event planning, and promotional activities
Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and generate insights to drive marketing strategies
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with the singing or music industry is a plus

Communication Designer
As a Graphic and Video Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging designs all platforms to promote our services and enhance our brand presence.

Design and produce captivating graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for various marketing materials, including social media posts, website content, email campaigns, and offline collaterals
Create eye-catching videos, animations, and multimedia content to enhance brand storytelling and engagement across digital platforms
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute visually compelling campaigns that align with our brand identity and target audience
Translate creative briefs and marketing strategies into high-quality visual designs that effectively communicate key messages and evoke desired emotions
Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual elements, and tone across all design assets
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and web development, to ensure timely delivery of design projects
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet project deadlines

Proven 1 year experience as a Graphic and Video Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and video work
Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
Strong visual storytelling skills and ability to convey ideas and emotions through visual elements
Knowledge of current trends in graphic and video design, as well as emerging digital media platforms
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment
